Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per weekCirca £80,000 per annum plus excellent benefitsWolfson College is seeking an outstanding Home Bursar to lead the management and development of one of Oxford''s most distinctive college estates.This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the College''s estates, grounds, accommodation, housekeeping and lodge teams. Reporting to the Bursar and working closely with the President, Fellows, staff and students, the Home Bursar plays a pivotal role in ensuring the College operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional environment for our diverse academic community.The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with strong operational leadership. They will oversee major maintenance, refurbishment and capital projects, champion sustainability, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and lead high-performing teams across a busy and varied estate.
