You will ensure the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets and filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue.The HAA will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times whilst promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection.Our HAA''s are expected to promote the homes at all times and to carry out external business development, establishing community and professional links.Main Responsibilities: • Update the Sales and Marketing activity database on an ongoing basis and produce activity reports on a daily, weekly or ad hoc basis. • Co-ordinate input from all team members. • Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels. • Acquire information and collate responses and data from customers as required, including chasing up outstanding information. • Assist at Sales and Marketing events with special emphasis on preparation for and coordination of all sales events and exhibitions. • Record and follow up ..... full job details .....
