Job Description
The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering excellent customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and enhance efficiency across all processes. They also leverage their creative skills through floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge. As talent leaders, assistant managers handle recruiting, training, engagement, and development, fostering an inclusive environment for team members and customers.
