Skilled Careers are urgently seeking Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to provide holiday cover on a fast-paced, high-volume residential site in Bexhill-on-Sea.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing / working on  volume residential projects

• Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-phase environment

• Strong knowledge of groundworks, foundations, superstructures, internals, and CMLs

Essential Certifications:

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid

This is a well-resourced project with ongoing works across several phases. Your expertise will help maintain momentum while the core team is on leave.
