Inspecting-equipment-for-malfunctions-and-ensuring-it-is-in-good-working-order.

Loading-and-unloading-materials-using-equipment-and-machines-such-as-trucks,-cars,-and-hand-trucks.

Operating-compressed-air,-diesel,-electric,-gasoline,-or-steam-driven-hoists-or-winches-to-control-movement-of-cableways,-cages,-derricks,-draglines,-loaders,-railcars,-or-skips.

Monitoring-equipment-gauges-and-indicators-to-verify-load-positions-and/or-depths.

Climbing-ladders-to-position-and-set-up-vehicle-mounted-derricks.

Maintaining-and-repairing-hoists-or-winches,-using-hand-tools.

Attaching,-fastening,-and-disconnecting-cables-or-lines-to-loads,-materials,-and-equipment.
