Salary : 24,000 - 28,000 per annum (depending on experience)About the Role

A specialist SEN provision in Fareham is seeking a committed and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Mentor Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities

Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring for pupils with SENSupport teaching and learning through small group and one-to-one sessionsAssist in planning and delivering differentiated lessonsPromote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingCollaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staffMonitor pupil progress and contribute to reports and reviewsMaintain a safe and inclusive learning environmentRequirements
