The Role:

• Delivering high-quality support across the primary age range
• Leading whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher
• Supporting pupils'' learning, development, and wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold HLTA status or have equivalent experience
• Be confident leading a class and supporting learning independently
• Have a nurturing and positive approach
• Be adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player
