Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a versatile and passionate HLTA for a welcoming primary school based on the outskirts of Wigan. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week, starting at the end of September. As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role across the school, stepping in to lead classrooms and maintain a high standard of learning in the absence of the class teacher or during scheduled PPA time. Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-planned lessons across Nursery and reception. Managing classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
