This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual with strong experience in behaviour management to play a key role in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff to provide high-quality support for pupils, including those who may present with challenging behaviour or require additional support with their emotional, social and behavioural needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned learning activities and, where appropriate, lead small groups or whole-class sessions.Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of additional needs.Use effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.Support pupils in developing emotional regulation, resilience and positive relationships.De-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively.Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to implement individual behaviour and support plans.Build positive, professional and consistent relationships with pupils.Monitor pupil progress and behaviour and provide feedback to relevant staff.Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.Cover classes and undertake additional responsibilities in line with the HLTA ..... full job details .....
