About the role Tradewind Recruitment is placing Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) in primary schools across Harrow on an ongoing basis. These are varied and rewarding roles for experienced practitioners ready to work at the next level. As an HLTA, you will cover planned teacher absence, lead lessons across a range of subjects, deliver targeted group interventions and support curriculum delivery under the direction of the class teacher and senior leadership. You will use your strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills to maintain high expectations and progress, adapt resources for different learners and contribute meaningfully to pupil assessment and feedback.
