We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Bexley.

Role Overview

• Deliver learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes under teacher direction
• Provide class cover for short-term teacher absence where required
• Support planning, preparation, and assessment of learning
• Deliver targeted interventions, including supporting pupils with SEND
• Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing

Requirements

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A flexible, proactive approach and commitment to safeguarding
