The school provides support for pupils across KS1 and KS2, including children with SEND, and is looking for a committed HLTA who can help pupils engage with their learning and reach their full potential.The school is looking to take on a HLTA on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful HLTA will provide a mix of KS1 and KS2 classroom cover, deliver planned learning activities and provide additional support to children with SEND, adapting their approach to meet individual needs.The successful HLTA will have:• HLTA qualification or relevant Level 3 qualification • Experience working within a UK primary school setting • Experience supporting children with SEND • Confidence providing classroom cover across KS1 and KS2 • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills • An adaptable, patient and positive approachIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants ..... full job details .....
