We-are-seeking-to-appoint-a-dedicated,-enthusiastic,-and-caring-Higher-Level-Teaching-Assistant-(HLTA)-to-join-our-supportive-and-successful-school-community-in-Sevenoaks.

This-is-an-exciting-opportunity-for-an-experienced-and-motivated-individual-to-play-a-key-role-in-supporting-teaching-and-learning-across-the-school.-The-successful-candidate-will-work-closely-with-teachers-and-support-staff-to-help-pupils-achieve-their-full-potential-academically,-socially,-and-emotionally.

The-Role

The-successful-applicant-will:

• Support-teaching-and-learning-across-a-range-of-year-groups-and-subjects
• Deliver-lessons-and-interventions-to-individuals,-small-groups,-or-whole-classes-when-required
• Work-collaboratively-with-teachers-to-plan-and-prepare-learning-activities
• Provide-targeted-support-for-pupils-with-additional-learning-needs
• Help-maintain-a-positive,-inclusive,-and-engaging-learning-environment
• Monitor-and-report-on-pupil-progress
• Contribute-positively-to-the-wider-life-of-the-school

• HLTA-status-or-relevant-qualifications/experience
• Experience-working-within-a-school-environment
• Strong-communication-and-interpersonal-skills
• The-ability-to-motivate-and-inspire-young-people
• Good-organisational-skills-and-flexibility
• A-commitment-to-safeguarding-and-promoting-the-welfare-of-children-and-young-people
• The-ability-to-work-effectively-as-part-of-a-team
