Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;engagingandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;learning activities across the primary age range, in line with teacher planning
- Provideandnbsp;targeted supportandnbsp;to individuals and small groups, including those with SEND or EAL needs
- Take responsibility forandnbsp;whole-class teachingandnbsp;during teacher PPA time or absence
- Support the creation of aandnbsp;positive,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulatingandnbsp;classroom environment
- Use a range ofandnbsp;assessment strategiesandnbsp;to monitor progress and adapt support accordingly
- Buildandnbsp;strong relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, staff, and families to promoteandnbsp;wellbeingandnbsp;andandnbsp;academic success
- Contribute to theandnbsp;wider school communityandnbsp;through clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold HLTA status or be working towards it (essential)
- Have experience working in aandnbsp;primary school settingandnbsp;across different key stages
- Beandnbsp;patient,andnbsp;empathetic, andandnbsp;adaptable, with a genuineandnbsp;passion for supporting learning
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;child wellbeing
- Possess strongandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;organisational skills
