Job Description:
- Lead and deliverandnbsp;high-quality learning activitiesandnbsp;across the curriculum, including covering classes during teacher absence
- Support pupils withandnbsp;differentiated learning, including those withandnbsp;SENDandnbsp;andandnbsp;EAL
- Work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare, and assess learning activities
- Foster aandnbsp;positive and inclusive learning environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;independence,andnbsp;confidence, andandnbsp;engagement
- Provide targeted interventions inandnbsp;literacy,andnbsp;numeracy, andandnbsp;social-emotional development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;enrichment activities,andnbsp;school events, andandnbsp;pastoral support
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Holdandnbsp;HLTA statusandnbsp;or be working towards it, with relevant experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;proactive and reflective practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;communicationandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Be confident in delivering lessons and supporting pupils acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 1 and 2
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;team collaboration,andnbsp;professional growth, andandnbsp;child-centred learning
