  Qualified HLTA or equivalent experience in a school support role

• 
  

  Enthusiasm for supporting pupilsandrsquo; learning and personal development

  Strong classroom management and organisational skills

  Ability to assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• 
  

  Effective communicator and team player

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons

• 
  

  Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning

• 
  

  Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback

• 
  

  Support pupilsandrsquo; personal, social, and emotional development

• 
  

  Take part in school events, meetings, and other activities as needed
