Job Description:

• Supporting the delivery of high-quality lessons acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 1 and 2
• Leading small group interventions and occasionally covering whole-class teaching
• Assisting withandnbsp;planning,andnbsp;preparation, andandnbsp;assessmentandnbsp;under the guidance of class teachers
• Promotingandnbsp;positive behaviourandnbsp;and fostering aandnbsp;nurturing learning environment
• Contributing toandnbsp;extra-curricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensureandnbsp;inclusive learning for all pupils

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Holdsandnbsp;HLTA statusandnbsp;or equivalent qualification (or is working towards it)
• Has experience working in aandnbsp;primary school setting
• Demonstrates excellentandnbsp;communicationandnbsp;andandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;skills
• Is passionate aboutandnbsp;supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development
• Is confident delivering lessons and interventions independently
• Have aandnbsp;positive attitude, aandnbsp;growth mindset, and a commitment toandnbsp;ongoing CPD
