Job Description:
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality lessons acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 1 and 2
- Leading small group interventions and occasionally covering whole-class teaching
- Assisting withandnbsp;planning,andnbsp;preparation, andandnbsp;assessmentandnbsp;under the guidance of class teachers
- Promotingandnbsp;positive behaviourandnbsp;and fostering aandnbsp;nurturing learning environment
- Contributing toandnbsp;extra-curricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensureandnbsp;inclusive learning for all pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Holdsandnbsp;HLTA statusandnbsp;or equivalent qualification (or is working towards it)
- Has experience working in aandnbsp;primary school setting
- Demonstrates excellentandnbsp;communicationandnbsp;andandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;skills
- Is passionate aboutandnbsp;supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development
- Is confident delivering lessons and interventions independently
- Have aandnbsp;positive attitude, aandnbsp;growth mindset, and a commitment toandnbsp;ongoing CPD
