What We''re Looking For:
Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role
Experience supporting pupils with SEN
A strong desire to help students thrive and achieve their best
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and time management abilities
A proactive team player who is adaptable and flexible
