This role is ideal for an educator who understands that behaviour is communication and thrives in a high-impact, trauma-informed environment.The RoleWorking primarily with Year 10 and Year 11 students who have EHCPs, you will deliver tailored interventions designed to bridge the gap between academic progress and emotional wellbeing.Lead: Deliver small group sessions (maximum 5 pupils) and intensive 1:1 support.Support: Utilise ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) strategies to manage anxiety, de-escalate conflict, and build essential social skills.Impact: Empower vulnerable learners to overcome barriers and achieve their Functional Skills or GCSE goals.Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:HLTA Status: Or equivalent Level 4 experience/degree-qualified.SEMH Expertise: Proven experience supporting pupils with complex behaviours, ADHD, ASD, or trauma.ELSA Training: Highly desirable (or a willingness to undergo training).Commutable: Based in or able to commute easily ..... full job details .....
