We are seeking an experienced  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)  or a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong  SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)  background to support our  Key Stage 4 (KS4)  pupils in Leyland.   This role is ideal for an educator who understands that behaviour is communication and thrives in a high-impact, trauma-informed environment.   The Role   Working primarily with  Year 10 and Year 11  students who have  EHCPs , you will deliver tailored interventions designed to bridge the gap between academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
