The successful HLTA will work across the primary phase, confidently covering lessons during PPA time and in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring high expectations and continuity of learning across the classroom. Alongside whole-class teaching responsibilities, the HLTA will also support children with additional learning needs, delivering targeted interventions and providing small group or one-to-one support where required.
