Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Stratford - September Start - Full TimeWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school based in Stratford for a September start.This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HLTA who is ready to take on additional classroom responsibility, lead interventions, and support pupils across the school.The school is looking for someone proactive, reliable, and confident working with pupils across a range of abilities, including students with SEN and additional learning needs.The Role:Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacherLead small group interventions and booster sessionsSupport pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school needAssist with lesson preparation, classroom resources, and learning activitiesSupport pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, and SEMHHelp manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environmentWork closely with teachers, SENCOs, and senior leadersThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have previous HLTA or strong Teaching Assistant experienceHLTA qualification is highly desirableBe confident covering lessons and leading groupsHave strong behaviour management skillsBe organised, adaptable, and proactiveHave excellent communication and teamwork skillsBe passionate about supporting children''s learning and developmentThe Role Offers:Full-time long-term roleSeptember startStratford locationSupportive school environmentOpportunity ..... full job details .....
