HLTA - PPA Cover - Part-TimeLocation: Northolt, West LondonStart Date: September 2026Contract: Part-time - 3 days per weekHours: 8:30am - 4:00pmDays: Flexible by agreement, then fixedReeson Education are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northolt who are looking to appoint a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2026, working 3 days per week.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is confident delivering lessons independently and has strong experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).The successful candidate will provide PPA cover across EYFS and KS1, as well as working within the school''s Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). As a result, strong SEN experience is essential.The RoleAs an HLTA, you will:Provide PPA cover across EYFS and KS1.Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons independently.Work within the school''s ARP, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.Adapt teaching and learning to meet individual pupil needs.Support pupils'' social, emotional and academic development.Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff and the wider school team.Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.Essential RequirementsThe school are looking for someone who:Holds a recognised HLTA qualification - this is essential.Has experience working within a primary school.Is confident ..... full job details .....
