Academics Agency are currently recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across primary schools in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.

We have opportunities for experienced HLTAs looking for daily supply, regular work or longer-term placements.

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Leading lessons and activities when required
• Providing PPA and general classroom cover
• Supporting small groups and individual pupils
• Working alongside class teachers and the wider school team
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
• HLTA qualification/status is desirable
• Confident leading lessons and managing a classroom
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Passionate about supporting children''s learning
