Palace Fields Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a supply basis through the Trust’s support register, starting from 16th April.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality education and help pupils reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
• Support pupils across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
• Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
• Have experience working in a primary school setting
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
• Be flexible, reliable, and proactive
• Have a passion for supporting children’s learning and development
