About the Role:

Supply Desk is working with primary schools in Gillingham seeking reliable and adaptable HLTAs and unqualified teachers to cover lessons during PPA time and teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience while working flexibly in a variety of school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

£ Lesson Delivery andndash; Lead pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher.
£ Behaviour Management andndash; Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment.
£ Intervention Support andndash; Provide small-group or 1:1 interventions to support pupils'' learning.
£ Collaboration andndash; Work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure quality education for all pupils.
£ Adaptability andndash; Confidently cover different year groups and subjects as needed.

Who We''re Looking For:

Experienced HLTAs or unqualified primary teachers with classroom experience.
Confident leading lessons and managing primary-aged children.
SEND experience is desirable but not essential.
Flexible andamp; adaptable to work across different schools and year groups.
A valid DBS and two professional references are required.
