Your Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the class teacherProvide high-quality support to students with SEN, including EHCP requirementsSupport behaviour management and maintain a calm, structured learning environmentAdapt resources and teaching approaches to meet individual learning needsContribute to planning and assessment where required RequirementsHLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar roleExperience working in a secondary school settingConfident leading classes and delivering lessons independentlyStrong behaviour management and communication skillsExperience supporting students with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)Proactive, adaptable and committed to student ..... full job details .....
