This is a varied role with a strong focus on SEN support, working closely with the SEN department and supporting a team of SEN Teaching Assistants across the school. There may also be opportunities to provide classroom cover across KS3 and KS4 where required. This role is ideal for an experienced TA or HLTA looking to take the next step within secondary education and gain broader responsibility within a supportive school environment.
