HLTA - Secondary School - EnfieldFull Time Term Time Only April Start £115-£125 per day Long Term Role (Temp to Perm)Long Term Futures are recruiting a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a secondary school in Enfield, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants looking to take the next step in their career within secondary education. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, delivering interventions and working more independently within the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4 Deliver small-group interventions and targeted support sessions Provide in-class support and assist with lesson delivery Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams Support students with additional learning or behavioural needs Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience working as a TA or LSA in a secondary school Confidence stepping into a more advanced support role A proactive, organised and adaptable approach Strong communication and classroom management skills Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential) Location and Transport - Enfield, North LondonAccessible via Enfield Town, Southbury and Edmonton Green (Overground) Close to Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) Bus routes: On-site parking ..... full job details .....
