It is also an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) who would like to gain additional classroom experience, develop their teaching skills, and build confidence before securing a permanent teaching position.Key Responsibilities:Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacherSupport teaching and learning across a range of year groupsWork with individual pupils and small groups to raise attainmentAssist with planning, preparation, and assessment activitiesPromote positive behaviour and create an engaging learning environmentSupport pupils with varying learning needs to achieve their full potentialRequirements:HLTA qualification or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working within a primary school settingStrong behaviour management and classroom leadership skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesEnhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneWhat We Offer:Long-term role with the potential for extensionSupportive school leadership and staff ..... full job details .....
