This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or suitably qualified education professional who is looking for a role with genuine responsibility and the potential to move into a permanent position. You will become a consistent member of the Inclusion Base team, helping to lead the provision and supporting a small group of pupils with additional needs. The Role: Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Inclusion Base Leading and supporting the TA team within the room Planning and delivering high-quality sessions and activities Supporting pupils with SEND, autism and communication needs Helping pupils develop engagement, independence and communication Supporting phonics, reading and wider curriculum learning Working closely with the teacher to adapt learning and provision Monitoring and recording pupil progress Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment Supporting pupils with personal care where required Contributing to the development of specialist provision We Are Looking For: A qualified HLTA or candidate with an equivalent higher-level qualification Strong experience within a primary school environment SEND ..... full job details .....
