This is a hands-on role in a setting where every pupil requires a high level of individual support. Many pupils are non-verbal or have limited communication and rely on visual aids, communication tools, and sensory-based approaches to engage with learning. You will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum in a way that works for them. As an HLTA, you will lead small group activities and support across the classroom, adapting learning to suit a wide range of needs.
