Pay Rate: £98.94 – £114.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

Are you an experienced and passionate HLTA looking to make a significant difference in primary education?

GSL Education are seeking a skilled and dedicated HLTA to join schools in Cleethorpes. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual with experience in a classroom setting to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring students thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities as an HLTA:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide classroom support to teachers.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and assessing learning activities for pupils.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and other additional needs.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive, safe learning environment.
  • Provide individual or small group support to students to help them reach their full potential.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies for specific pupils.

Requirements for HLTA:

  • Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a school environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
  • A full, up-to-date CV with clear explanations for any employment gaps in the last 10 years.
