Your New RoleWe are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the school at the end of September. This is a varied role that will involve providing PPA cover across EYFS and Key Stage 1, alongside delivering targeted interventions to small groups of pupils to support their academic progress.The successful candidate will be confident in leading whole-class teaching, delivering engaging lessons and adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils. You will play a key role in supporting children''s development and helping them build confidence in their learning. What You''ll Need to Succeed HLTA qualification or an equivalent recognised qualification. Previous experience covering PPA across a primary school setting. Confidence teaching whole classes within EYFS and KS1. Experience delivering successful interventions to small groups of pupils.
