We are looking for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a forward thinking and supportive primary school. This role is ideal for an established TA ready to take on increased responsibility and play an active part in teaching and learning across the school.As an HLTA, you will work closely with teaching staff to support high quality education throughout the week, providing stability, structure and engaging learning experiences across classes.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be expected to:Deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacherCover PPA time, ensuring continuity of learningLead small group and whole class intervention sessionsSupport teachers with planning and differentiationProvide tailored support to pupils across different subjectsContribute to assessment and feedbackWork collaboratively with colleagues across year groupsWhat you''ll need to succeedExperienced working within primary settingsConfident delivering pre planned lessons independentlySkilled in leading interventions and supporting progressCalm, organised, and able to adapt to different classesPassionate about supporting every child to achieve their bestQualified at HLTA status or equivalent experienceWhat you''ll get in returnPaid up to £130 per hour (depending on experience)Receive the benefits of working with your own personal consultant.We will support you by looking for more roles when this role ends.Receive £250 in high street vouchers every time ..... full job details .....
