Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Rate of Pay: -105 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Start: Immediate

Aspire People are working in close partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Lutterworth to recruit an enthusiastic and qualified HLTA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a real impact in the classroom.

What You''ll Be Doing:

Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Supporting pupils with their learning across various age groups

Leading small group interventions and supporting SEN pupils when needed

Collaborating with teachers to assess pupil progress and development

Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

What We''re Looking For:

A recognised HLTA qualification (mandatory)

Proven experience working in UK primary schools

Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead whole-class sessions

A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
