Pay Scale: -89.00 - -100.00 per day

Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a fresh challenge? A welcoming and supportive primary school in Wantage is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to children''s learning and development.

As a HLTA, you will:

• Lead small groups and provide 1:1 interventions to support pupil progress
• Deliver planned lessons and provide cover where required
• Assist with planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging learning activities
• Support children across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
• Contribute actively to the wider life of the school

The ideal HLTA will:

• Have proven classroom experience in a HLTA or similar role
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting pupils'' education
• Be committed to continuous professional development
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS clearance
