The successful HLTA will have:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience (essential)
• Experience of working across Primary phases and leading whole-class lessons
• Strong behaviour management skills
• The ability to support children''s well-being and safeguarding at all times
• A positive, approachable and inspiring attitude with excellent communication skills
