Tradewind Recruitment is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a variety of mainstream secondary schools in South East London, with immediate full-time, long-term placements available - particularly in the Bromley area.

As a HLTA, you''ll support teachers with lesson delivery, lead small group or whole-class sessions, and contribute to raising student achievement across multiple subjects. You''ll have the chance to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience across different school settings.

We''re looking for candidates who:

• Have proven child-based experience in a school or similar setting

• Hold a HLTA qualification or have relevant classroom experience

• Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

• Are adaptable, confident, and passionate about supporting secondary-aged students
