HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Llantrisant
A welcoming and well-resourced Primary school in Llantrisant is seeking an experienced HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant to be the lead within an EYFS class. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about early years education and enjoys working in a nurturing, structured and highly supportive environment.

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom. You will lead the class delivering engaging activities, provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, and help create a calm and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.

Start Date: Monday 13th April

Time: 8:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA qualification and significant equivalent experiencel
• Experience supporting children in EYFS or early years settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, nurturing and flexible approach
• Confidence supporting learning activities and leading small groups
