We are looking for an experienced and passionate Level 4 Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team. If you are motivated, compassionate, and skilled at supporting students with complex needs, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality learning support in the classroom, working alongside the class teacher to ensure students with SEN and SEMH needs are fully included in all activities. Plan and deliver interventions for small groups or 1:1 sessions to support students'' academic, social, and emotional development. Support students in managing their emotions, behaviours, and social interactions in line with their individualised learning plans (ILPs). Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
