Managing Classroom Resources Help organize and manage classroom materials, keeping resources in good condition and ensuring that the learning environment is stimulating and safe. Set up activities and learning stations for independent or group work.2. Supervising and Supporting During Breaks and Extra-curricular Activities Supervise students during break times, lunchtime, or on school trips, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Support students during extracurricular activities or events, ensuring that all students are included and engaged.3. Leading Small Groups or 1:1 Sessions Lead learning sessions for small groups of students, either under the teacher''s direction or independently. Provide targeted interventions and support for students who may be struggling or require enrichment.ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: HLTA qualification (essential).
