We are seeking a dedicated HLTA / SEN Teaching Assistant to join an innovation-led primary school in Fleetwood.This is a dynamic hybrid role starting 12th April and running through to 26th July. You will provide HLTA support within a Reception setting and a specialised SEN room, while stepping in as a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support where needed.Your Summer Term ResponsibilitiesHLTA Leadership: Lead small groups and provide cover within the Reception cohort and the Specialised SEN unit, ensuring high-quality learning continues through the final term of the academic year.SEN Specialist Support: Work within a unit of 12 pupils (split into two rooms of 6).
