      <description>Location: Rochester | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Permanent | Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)     Location:  Rochester, Kent  Start Date:  September 2026  We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)  to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in  Rochester, Kent , from  September 2026 .  This is a  full-time  position, offering an excellent opportunity for a confident  HLTA  who enjoys supporting pupils across a range of age groups. The successful candidate will work across  Key Stage 1 (KS1)  and  Key Stage 2 (KS2) , delivering high-quality learning experiences, leading small group interventions, and covering classes when required.   The successful HLTA will:     Have previous experience working as a  HLTA  or in a similar role within a primary school.    Be confident supporting teaching and learning across  KS1  and  KS2 .    Have excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.    Be able to deliver planned lessons and support pupils to achieve their full potential.
