Academics is seeking a confident and motivated  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)  to support primary schools across  EYFS, KS1, and KS2 .  This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within the classroom while enjoying flexibility and career development.   What We''re Looking For:     HLTA Qualification (Level 4) or a BA Hons Degree  in education-related subjects.  Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, with the ability to engage and inspire pupils.  Experience leading classes and supporting teachers in an educational setting.  A positive, adaptable approach to learning environments.  A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two recent references from an education setting.
