      <description>Location: Uxbridge | Salary: &amp;pound;32500 - &amp;pound;35500/annum | Type: Permanent | HLTA - Phonics Intervention &amp; PPA Cover       Salary:  NJC Grade 6, Scale Points 13-19 -32,550.40 - -35,543.94 actual per annum (dependent on experience)    The Role   We are seeking a friendly and adaptable HLTA with experience supporting children and young people with severe and complex learning needs across a range of key stages.  This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions across the school and providing class cover to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers, subject leads and support staff to ensure appropriate differentiation and effective learning strategies are in place for all students.
