      <description>Location: Dartford | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Permanent | Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)    Location:  Dartford, Kent  Hours:  Full-Time  Start Date:  September 2026 or October 2026  We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)  to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across  Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 , supporting pupils to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.   The Role   The successful candidate will:    Deliver high-quality learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes under the direction of the class teacher.    Support teaching and learning across both KS1 and KS2.    Lead intervention programmes to accelerate pupil progress.    Manage and promote positive behaviour, maintaining high expectations and creating a calm, purposeful learning environment.    Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet the needs of all learners.    Contribute to assessment, planning, and the wider life of the school.
