      <description>Location: Gravesend | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Permanent | Higher Level Teaching Assistant    Location:  Gravesend  Start Date:  October 2026  Hours:  Full-time  Phase:  KS1 &amp; KS2  We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)  to join a school in Gravesend from  October 2026 .  The successful candidate will be confident working across  Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2  and able to adapt their approach to support pupils in a variety of settings. You should be comfortable working  1:1 with individual pupils, with small or larger groups, and leading whole-class learning when required .   The ideal candidate will:     Hold relevant HLTA experience or qualifications.    Have experience working across KS1 and/or KS2.    Be confident supporting pupils 1:1, in groups and across whole-class settings.    Be flexible, enthusiastic and able to adapt to different needs.    Have strong classroom management and communication skills.    Be committed to supporting pupils'' learning, progress and wellbeing.
