Academics Rochester is working closely with a supportive primary school in Rochester to recruit a skilled HLTA to deliver focused small group interventions and provide targeted learning support to Key Stage 2 pupils , including those with additional educational and emotional needs. This role is ideal for someone who can offer consistent, compassionate support while helping pupils overcome daily challenges and make meaningful progress in both their learning and confidence.
