We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive school team in Strood, Medway.

This role involves providing PPA cover across Reception to Year 5, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils'' learning across a range of year groups and subjects.

• Hold HLTA status or have relevant experience

• Be confident teaching across EYFS and KS1/KS2

• Have excellent classroom management skills

• Be flexible, organised, and proactive

• Work effectively as part of a team

• Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• A welcoming and supportive staff team

• Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils
